Saturdays mornings are for Breakfast
First get your brioche, eggs, strawberries and creme fraiche.
Beat the eggs and add some milk.
Cut the brioche, dip it in the mixture and fry it in some butter.
Add strawberries, some creme fraiche and some maple syrup. EAT.

Chris, think I've looked at your blog before ... but in more of a druken haze than the one I'm in tonite (shit and it's only Wednesday!).
Great breakfast recipe - need to get myself domesticated (again) once I'm living alone (not that Mrs GIL ever cooked me a breakfast like the one in your pics - hmmm, matbe that should go on the divorce papers!).
